An old-school skill
Hanging a door right is a dying art.
A door has to clear the jamb with an even reveal all the way around, swing without drifting, and latch without a shoulder check. Getting all three takes someone who understands hinges, shims, and how houses move through Kansas City summers and winters. Ken's hung more doors than he could count, and it's why the ones he touches shut quietly the first time, every time.

My door sticks every summer. Can that actually be fixed?
Yes. Humidity swells wood, but a properly fitted door has room to move without rubbing. Ken adjusts the fit so it works in July and in January.
Can you install a smart lock?
Yes. Battery-powered smart locks and keypads are a clean install on most doors. Anything that needs new wiring is an electrician's job, and he'll say so.
Do you replace whole windows?
He repairs window hardware, sashes, balances, and screens. Full window replacement is its own trade with its own installers, and he'll tell you straight when that's the better path.
My exterior door won't lock and it worries me. How fast can you come?
