There's fixture work, and there's plumbing the codes put in a licensed plumber's hands: water heaters, gas lines, anything behind the wall or under the slab. Ken does the first and won't touch the second, and he'll tell you which one your problem is within a minute of looking at it. If it's a licensed job, he'll help you get the right pro out instead of doing it wrong and leaving you holding the risk.

Yes. That's usually a flapper or a fill valve, one visit, fixed. It's one of the most common calls he gets.
Can you install a faucet I've already bought?
Yes. Swapping a faucet at the fixture is right in his lane, and he'll tell you honestly if the one you bought won't fit your sink before anything comes apart.
Do you do water heaters or anything behind the wall?
No. That's licensed plumber territory and Ken doesn't pretend otherwise. If it's urgent he'll get the water shut off and your home stable, then help you get the right pro.
What about an overflowing toilet at midnight?
